Cancellation

As all of our orders are made to order for you, cancellation is not possible once an order has been placed.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

**Customized goods, including physical CLP labels, CLP PDFs, and logos, are not permitted to be returned.**

 

Damaged Goods/Non Delivery

If your goods have arrived damaged, please contact us at info@cosmicclp.co.uk. Both the damaged product and packaging must be retained for our inspection and a return cannot be processed without these.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for any items being returned to us. We advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your order. 

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unusable, we may offer a replacement free of charge, or a partial refund. If you have forgotten to change the custom scent name field on your CLP order, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Refunds on returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our premises. Refund of returned items that are lost in transit will not be considered unless proof of postage is supplied and a tracked method used.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have changed your mind or have ordered an item incorrectly, you will be charged a small cancellation fee based on the total percentage of your order.  

If you purchase an item listed as "Request Scents Via The Form In The Description - Do Not Purchase" or similar, we may exercise our right to cancel your order and retain any fees incurred to us. e.g paypal or shopify fees etc.
